Our Creative team will proceed to conceptualize your balloon design and send you the artwork via WhatsApp once order is being placed. Maximum lead time for the Artwork draft –  1 day before the actual date of your event.

Floral Box:
– Watering of flowers are not necessary as they are dried preserved flowers

– Do keep it in a cool area out of sunlight so to preserve the flowers to last longer up to 12 months

– Place order at least 3 days in advance prior to your event date so that we have enough time to process your order and conceptualize your artwork. (For urgent order, Please contact us to check the availability)

Balloons:
– Please avoid not to put the balloon under high temperature, direct exposure under the sun, friction and force etc. which might cause the balloon to deflate.

– Avoid any sharp objects and edges when placing the balloons.
