ORDERING & PAYMENTS

Upon successful payment, an email confirmation will be send to your email indicating your order details for your reference. The team will also be sending you a WhatsApp confirmation to the mobile number indicated in the order form once processed.

Any changes to your order after confirmation have to be made within 48 hours from purchase date/time, you may Whatsapp us at 8917 9093 if you wish to make any changes.

Please do note that last minute changes may not be accommodated, seek your understanding on this.

Cash On Delivery (COD) & Credit Term Payment are strictly NOT accepted!

Yes you are still able to place an order directly at the website for tomorrow order, we also offer same day delivery as long as the order is placed before 12noon cut off time. For any urgent orders that is after our cut off timing, do WhatsApp us at +65 89179093, we will be glad to assist if our schedule allows.

We would recommend to confirm your order with us as early as possible when you are ready so to secure the ideal flowers and delivery timeslot. The latest time to place your order is same day before 12noon. However if you want your flowers to be delivered in the morning time, please place an order at least 1 day in advanced.

FLOWER DELIVERY

Yes! Standard delivery service is FREE and you can find the available time slot below:
AM slot – 10am to 2pm
PM slot – 2 to 6pm

Yes we also provide specific 1 hour delivery timing of your choice from 1030 to 530pm at $18 flat.

Kindly ensure there will be someone to receive the gifts at your stated delivery date/time, re-delivery is chargeable at $18 and subjected to availability.

Yes you can let us have the revised address at least 1 day in advanced if you wish to change so we can arrange for delivery the next day

OTHERS

All flowers are seasonal, thus we shall replace with others of the same value should the flowers/fillers/foliage is unavailable at that point of time. With regards to the sizes/colors of the flowers, it may differ in terms of colors/sizes from the product photos as flowers are a nature product, However no worries as our florist team will still craft out beautiful bouquets for our customers at all times!

We are currently based online and our office is strictly by appointment for customer self collection only.

Do note that once order is confirmed, there would not be any refunds for orders cancellation, however we understand there might be unforeseen circumstances so we would be able to store your purchase amount as store credits for your future purchases (T&C Applies)
